Harm Reduction Journal

Open access, peer-reviewed, online journal focusing on patterns of psychoactive drug use, drug policies, and treatment, from a harm reduction perspective.

IHRA

Harm Reduction International offers a resource library and biennial reports on the Global State of Harm Reduction, as well as a fun interactive e-tool with up-to-date information on harm reduction policy and programming around the world.

IDCP

International Drug Policy Consortium offers material to support evidence-based policies for reducing drug-related harm. Briefing papers, critical news about recent policy developments, and advocacy material can be found on this multi-lingual website.

UNODC

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime annually publishes the World Drug Report, an overview of the major developments in drug markets, including production, trafficking, and consumption. There is also a list of publications around drug use prevention and treatment. Material is available in several languages.

LEAHN

This global network of police and health professionals focus on the role of law enforcement in public health, and the importance of collaborative response to reducing the incidence of HIV. Its resources include research, guidelines, training materials and policies from various regions of the world.

CEBRID

Brazilian Center of Information on Psychotropics (Centro Brasileiro de Informações sobre Drogas Psicotrópicas) from UNIFESP (Universidade Federal de São Paulo). Offers a database of Brazilian scientific studies about drug abuse.

Harm Reduction organizations

These are organizations which I either have worked with or I know due to the excellent work they have. They are a good source of information and definitely worth visiting, either in person or virtually.
